Another way to improve leadership qualities is by knowing how to include everyone in their sphere of influence by recognizing each member’s greatest value. Look deeper into each member’s insight and compassion. Giving them value or importance is one way to motivate them to do what is right.

As a leader you must maintain a positive attitude, so you’ll be surrounded by positive people as well. You must also improve your communications skills so that you can communicate your vision, goals, skills, intentions and expectations to others.
